Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Pinch account and personal data. This cannot be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Pinch and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, the app may ask you to confirm with Apple so we can revoke Sign in with Apple access.
What we delete
- Your auth account and profile
- Saved recipes, collections, and shopping list items
- Profile photo stored for your account
- Token balance and personal token ledger entries
Anonymized usage metrics (without your user id) may remain for operating the service. Shared recipe thumbnail files keyed by video id are not unique to your account and may remain.
Without the app installed
Email yarden.farag@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject Pinch account deletion. Include the email tied to your Pinch account. We will confirm and delete within a reasonable time (typically within 7 days).
Guest data on a device
Guest recipes and limits live on the device. Clear Pinch app storage or uninstall the app to remove local guest data.
